I am a physical therapist specializing in pelvic health and orthopedics. I help women at every life stage — from pregnancy and postpartum recovery to perimenopause and beyond — as well as men and anyone dealing with chronic or complex conditions that haven't responded to other treatment. I use a whole-body approach that gets to the root cause of pain and dysfunction rather than just treating symptoms, drawing on manual therapy, dry needling, nervous system support, and individualized movement programming.
